Germany could easily buy and needs tactial drones, ie. TAIs, Baykars products. They could put Hensoldts optics on it too. The procurement agency is pragmatic, but not the politicians and knowing Germany, they are too proud/stubborn to buy something from a country that is perceived as inferior...
