Turkey's first domestic silicon chip factory will open in Ankara in 2028. It will produce Kalyon, wafers and ingots. First, 90-nanometer chips will be produced, followed by 65 and 45-nanometer chips. ASELSAN is also working on a domestic DUV lithography device.
