Why is that?
Because when the SNA dragged a non-combatant out of a car and executed her on video, then Yeni Safak celebrated it, the entire world condemned it and the "Turkish militias", it was one of the reasons the operation stopped and there hasn't been another since. The event was heavily publicised and shown as an example of the negatives of Turkish presence in Syria. Everyone thinks the SNA just murder civilians and cannot govern as a result.
Now if you amplify this, it will just give them more of a platform to advance the narrative of Erdogan supporting jihadist criminals.
