Its another hoax IMO. No tests have been done by any neutral objective authority.
I enjoyed watching the "X files" and sympathizing with Mulder (as hot as Scully was) just like the next guy..... past my general fascination with the Sci-Fi stuff (incl alien cic, interaction and even our politics/wars with them hypothetically in those alternate realities/timeframes etc).
I was more of a "believer" as a kid....but I lost that all as I saw just what people confuse (what they see/experience) but staunchly defend and even lie about....and then get whichever doc/scientist/politician to sign off on it (whatever the latter's agenda is, they can be just as susceptible to these things). i.e I need hard indisuptable evidence as first basis.

I don't see any reason why any lifeform capable of intra or intergalactic travel would be interested in us to begin with or why they would see the need to risk violation of something like the prime directive in star trek that they would have long established.
The difference (if such lifeforms a) exist b) know about us or that other life exists elsewhere etc) is probably something like us versus ants....we can study them but not that interested ultimately....and the ants have no real capacity to understand what we are...even though their affairs in their society are of prime importance and relevance to them.
If they did visit, they probably wont return given we are jerks in general....
