Friends, I want to ask you something. This is a strange phenomenon I've observed for years. There seems to be a large number of pro-Russian supporters among Turks in Türkiye. This can be seen in the comments below this video. This just one example. There are also many Azerbaijanis among them. There are undoubtedly Russian bot accounts among them, but I don't believe all of these comments are bots.

It's completely impossible to understand the love of some Azerbaijani and Turkish Turks have for Russia. It's a state that has historically fought against Turks, a state that has committed bloody massacres against Turks (Baku, January 20). It also stands against Türkiye in most other proxy wars. Just a few years ago, they killed Turkish soldiers in Syria. It's a state that supports the PKK terrorist organization. And yet some Turks seem to love Russia and want it to triumph over Ukraine.

There is nothing strange about it,in every society you have people wanting Russia to win.
As you know there are many hardcore communists in Türkiye.
You should also take a look at the ex-Soviet states in the EU like Slovakia,Romania even the older EU members want it covertly.
Khazakistan,Kirgizistan,Türkmenistan,Uzbekistan etc,100+ years of colonialism/indoctrination doesnt disappear when you're suddenly ''free''(over 35 years now).
African and Asian countries still think the West is superior to their people.

In Turkey, it's mainly communists. In Azerbaijan, it's mainly older generations that are nostalgic for USSR's "order". I doubt you will find more than a handful of younger people in the latter that actually like Russia. And this is considering that remnants of Russian colonization still exist in Azerbaijan like dubbing the vast majority of foreign movies in Russian language at the cinema instead of the native one.

Its such a disgrace out of all the Slavic peoples.

Russia is the biggest enemy of the Turkic peoples. Apart from the Serbs nobody from the Slavic family likes the Russians due to their imperialism, massacres and genocides.

Russia conquered most of the Turkic World. They beaten the Ottomans in numerous wars. Genocided numerous Turkic peoples regardless of their religion. Tsarist imposed Orthodox Christianity while the Soviets imposed state atheism. Opression continued well into the Soviet Era. Karabag Issue was started by the Russians. Russians were the biggest supporter of the Armenians. Russians constantly were always against Turkish interests lets not forget that Turkiye had to join Nato because of them despite Turkiye being neutral and non aligned.

People forget that Russia alongside China and Iran have been the big 3 biggest enemies of the Turks. Nobody asking for people jerk off to the USA and the EU or to the West but its near madness to think Russia and China are a friend because of your anti western sentiment.

Besiktas was worse.🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
Ya uncle, now I understand why you were so upset.
They will continue to their European campaigns at one tier lower cups. UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League respectively. They get the same nation coefficients for every match point in all three cups. Only difference is they get 1.5 at CL, 1 at UEL and 0.5 at UCL for advancing every rounds.

Relax. Not all lost 😎

Fenerbahce deserves to crash and burn after allowing a pkk supporting prick to sponsor them.

Im boycotting fenerbahce from now on. I hope they dont win anything.

Until that Kurdish man who supports pkk is out along with Ali Koc.

Lol, he is % 100% making fun of GS as he has a beef with GS. GS draw difficult opponents, not as catastrophic as it can be, but it is a difficult draw.
Here are the pots

ucl_24x27_-_league_phase_all_-_email.jpeg

Galatasaray - Liverpool (H)
Manchester City - Galatasaray (A)
Galatasaray - Atlético de Madrid (H)
Eintracht Frankfurt - Galatasaray (A)
Galatasaray - Bodø/Glimt (H)
Ajax (Hollanda) - Galatasaray (A)
Galatasaray - Union SG (H)
Monaco (Fransa) - Galatasaray (A)

GS needs approximately 12 points to stay inside the first 24 teams.
The first 3 games are a lost cause. GS might have gotten 1 point from City if it were a home game. Atletico and Arsenal are the strongest teams of the second pot.
The last 5 games are all opponents that are on par with GS. Monaca is one of the strongest teams in pot 4. Bodo plays excellent team football even though they don't have big names. There are no guaranteed 3 points in the last 5 matches, and GS needs to win at least 4 of them.

GS could have drawn Pafos, Qarabağ, Kairat Almaty from the fourth pot. (Guaranteed 6 points)
Olympiacos and Slavia Prag from the third pot (Very likely 6 points)
Benfica and Atalanta from the second pot. (At least 3 points)
Inter and Dortmund from the first pot. (1 or 2 points)
This would have been a guaranteed first 24 and would have been a real chance for the first 8.
