I will probably get clubbed to death by Gökbey design team for this View attachment 79136
A quick question ; What is the use of the set of small tri-blades inside the shroud at the back?
One of the andvantages of coaxial blades is to get rid of the small rear rotor.
As a coaxial blade set generates more lift from the same powered engine, it will have better MTOW and better speed.

It won‘t need propellers at the back to give it forward speed too. Besides these will detract from performance of the helicopter due to weight and increase complexity of design.

Coaxial rotors have a lot of advantages. But they are more expensive, more intricate and difficult to manufacture; and also they can be, in rare occasions prone to whipping especially in adverse weather and can cause blades to touch and catastrophically break.

Yes this was a T629 concept but technically this is attack helicopter version of Gökbey as well :)
I remembered a time that my classmate insisted that I shouldve used electric propulsion for cargo helicopters because "batteris gettin bettuh"

or the time that a well known news site thought putting this on TCG Anadolu was a great idea even after years showing that it wasn't feasible at all
Idea is good, design implementation sucks.
If it is, probably because I made it for shits and giggles but rotor blown control surface is a thing, I suggest you check it out

It is an exact copy of L3Harris-Textron submission for FARA. And it is not a good idea either because the idea of a compound high speed helicopter for an OH-58D successor is stupidly overpriced and heavy on maintenance. If anything, that submission and Bell 360 were the least complicated among FARA submissions. The former used electrically driven fans while Bell 360 is simply a Comanche with refinements, variable speed rotor for high speed, and wings to take load off the main rotor.
