When listening to his annoucement , just by looking at his facial exprensions, overall body language and refusing to answer questions at the end I sense that something is off . Its as if he full well knows what he has done is completely wrong and goes against his principles. Kurdish tribes in the southeast push their own candidates from multiple parties so it doesn't matter who wins tribe always wins.
