For me, as long as Turkey
1-protects its rights in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Somali, Cyprus and Balkan states
2- Prevent the Pro-pkk faction in NATO from getting stronger
3- Keep relations with Russia as a balancing card against the US
4- Destroy the PKK
5- Prevent hyperinflation
6- Kick the refugees out but not stupidly
7- Crush Iran

The problem here is that Kilicdaroglu already threw points 1,2,4, 6, and 7 out of the window. For point 5, his promise to raise the minimum wage by 250% and the fact that he hasnt announced an economic team till date (though I do know the reason) proves my previous point that KK has 0 economic sense and will just plunge the country into massive debts to fullfill his fantasies of mega projects and will turn into a Egypt 2.0

Kemal has to leave CHP, Turkiye only need patriotic and true opposition, Sinan Ogan or another option doesnt matter but we need political parties just working for state and people interests not for theirself or foreign countries....

Erdoğan without alternative is not good, what he done until now is okay but we need alternatives. someone who honest politicians has to chance his mistakes and complate his lack later on maybe people chose him because of his success and system continue like this...

Just astonished how this election campaign is downspiralling to a mudslinging fest. Aren't there more urgent matters on the agenda that the presidential candidates have to come up with a solution plan:

- How to rebuild the earthquake area after 50.000 deaths, hundreds of thousands ill-constructed homes crushed and people living in a disaster zone?
- How to stabilize the Lira and stopp the inflation with the rise of living costs for the common man?
- How to adopt a trustable fiscal policy for much needed foreign investments and revive the economy?
- How to reinstate democratic principles like an independent judiciary and a free press?
- How to peacefully solve the inner Kurdish conflict with the Turkish state?
- How to handle the uncontrolled influx of millions of Syrian migrants?
- How to bridge the widening strife and clear the poisoned atmosphere in the society?
- How to curb institutionalised corruption and nepotism?
- How to stopp the brain drain of the most talented and brightest?

Instead as an outsider I observe dirty politico tricks, demonizing opponents as traitors and terrorists, sectarian hatred on social media, a deeply polarized society without much respect or tolerance for different opinions.

Someone has to steer the Turkish Republic, this nation of 85 million people in a geopolitically volatile region, safely and with responsibility through the storms that are building up in the future.

Well one side not only has caused all these issues, they don't even acknowledge that these issues exist let alone claiming responsibility for them and trying to come up with solutions. The other side has been consistently talking about their plans, esp. on the economy front they have the best people for the job, even overqualified ones with common sense, rational and scientifically apt solutions. The ruling party knows it has no chance of winning votes on the issues, so only recourse is deflecting to cultural mudslinging.

Nope, that tape was real; this one not only was fake, it was very obviously fake; a horrendous deep fake of a famous pornographic video; people discovered the source material on a famous website like a minute after it was posted on social media. Not one soul believed that it was real. He didn't drop out because of that tape; he dropped out because he knows most his voters are from the opposition and that kk is close to a first round victory and his 1-2% vote can only make him into a villain.
