Prob due to launchers not being ready to fire, when engagement is needed it will prob raise up to 90 degrees and fire.
Every single Siper (B1 and B2) launch we have seen so far have been angled.

Perhaps they are angled eastwards, or west depending on scenario.

I imagine our AD will be angled in the direction of the threat

This is a personal guess. The target generally approaches from a specific sector; they likely set a specific launch angle to increase the missile's energy and extend its range.

If this angle allows for fuel savings, the missile will still head toward the target even if it approaches from the opposite direction.

2.46 million Euros for hybrid ad systems (Gürz Family)
Most likely both army and airforce variants are now through qualification process and enter serial production.
Im thinking airforce will get one variant for air base protection and army truck and apc variants
2.46 Billion Euros is insane for a single contract!
Amazing that our armed forces have developed such trust towards our defence industry given that most products
are new and some can be acquired from abroad, not subject for sanctions.
