Dude did you atleast read my thread post(i think its definitely a no from our past conversations)? Hint: Read the tweet that says bench tests have been conducted in 2021 that might help you.

Humiliating yourself is becoming an everyday pattern now on this forum, I think you should atleast take a break from the threads I have posted here (your friends on this forum might suggest the same)? The production on the 2nd stage starts in 2024 after the Su-57's modernization process in new avionics and new weapons as well.

So yeah there's every reason to question if this "bench test" actually happens at all. More suspiciously, the year he mentioned is the same year that TASS reported that the work has just started.

Just for reference, GE won one of two AETP contracts in 2016. Detailed design are completed in 2019, first test of the XA100 is in December of 2020.

And that is with GE level of know how, sophistication, engineer manpower and funds.


So how is Russia able to jump from starting works, to bench test in the same year ?

According to him, two options for implementing this scheme are being developed. The first stand tests of the demonstrator are due to take place in 2021. Using a three-contour scheme will allow to modernize the al-41F-1engine, improving its characteristics while maintaining dimensions.

If this test indeed has entered the bench testing phase, is there any report on what comes out of it ? I mean this is a three stream adaptive engine, this is a big deal. Is there anything that suggest the conclusion of the test ?

I mean I'm not bashing at all lol, we know that Russia has done it with the original AL-41. So there should be some sort of affirmation of the test.

You can copy and paste the phrases i posted and find similar articles if you like. I am just calling you out for stating paper stage when the announcement for the tests. They had multiple radar companies stating they have tested photonic radar prototypes for aviation complexes but don't report either what the results, some projects they do some they don't (and them removing the article from your screenshot like they did with their photonic radar articles from their companies they might be secretive to some shit even after publically posting it before). He just announced the timeframe for the bench tests and we would have to wait to know which aircrafts they will test it on. Vega, RTI and KRET major radar and EW companies had articles on photonic radars with some performance characteristics on the radars but had their websites taken down or some of their articles all got purged while recently I got a late Zhuk article another radar company from promweekly.ru in 2022 about the signifance of acquiring photonic radars on aircrafts. So there might be some significance of what they are willing to talk about or not.

I dont even know if they will use either a 3 stream cycle engine or a pulse detonation engine(said 1st stage completed) for their 6th gen projects as much as I dont know if they are pushing for newer MMICs in their avionics Su-57 upgrade or for photonic integrated circuits since they have a production facility ready to go in 2024 the same time frame when they finish their modernization and start production on the 2nd variant of the Su-57

To avoid future arguments since i already know we will bump heads more than once between us on 5th gens, lets settle something here 1st or make our conversations a little more fun and enticing.

1. 3 stream cycle engines seems to be the next main thing, however Russia and the U.S. could be like the tortoise or hare such as it might look like the U.S. is ahead for announcing the results but Russia doesn't they might run into problems depending how long their solutions will take to acquire compared to which phase Russia is in for not announcing shit compared to what they did with Pulse detonation engine stages and based on performance specs it seems that pulse detonation engines are superior because of the upgrades they would offer over current engines. Someone into 2008 stated the F-35 would be the 1st 5th gen to use DIRCM and that did not age well so I will just wait who crosses the finish line by doing 3 stream cycle engine flights or we get surprised with PDE flight tests

2. For radars I admit that the F-35 an/apg-85 radar would be far superior to the 2nd variant Su-57 if the Su-57 just sticks to receiving new MMICs since their radar and EW company admitted they are 10-15 years behind MMIC technology even though your non-bias boy abhirup pushed it to 20 years lol. Unless I have information that shows Russia already caught up in MMIC technology to compare shit which is highly unlikely that I would stick to the Su-57 using L-band, passive detection, infrared detection argument. However, if the Su-57 gets photonic radars than any aircrafts with GaN MMICs won't outperform photonic radars in terms of radar performance because of frequencies and the noise levels being 100 times lower than conventional airborne MMIC radars. Some articles state GaN MMICs is great for 5G cellular networks while recommending PICs for 6G networks because frequency along with data exchange.

3. They are making breakthroughs in pure Germanium to increase infrared sensing capabilities for production. Schwabe made a contract with Sukhoi for the Su-75 infrared systems and more than likely the Su-57 might receive these systems for their modernization program. Unless you have any western infrared detection systems for comparison, please let me know later?

4. Russians stated their stealth was 0.5m2 while comparing the F-22 to 0.3m2 for average RCS by just eyeballing and not taking RAM into account and stating they can improve the Su-57 RCS to be lowered working on engine, while the U.S. takes frontal RCS for smallest measurement from the F-22 and not average RCS for every side that can be 100 to 1000 times bigger in size and when the 1st articles came out saying frontal other articles later on stated it was RCS as in average RCS and thus a lot of victims to propaganda were born including your boy Abhirup. There were mixed reports of the F-35 RCS as well before.

Edit: My definition of a 6th gen might be different from yours, and I might piss some people off If I say shit like the TAI-TFX uses GaN just like NGAD, Su-57 and TFX use stealth drone swarms like NGAD or other shit like that. My definition is mach 4 or higher, cruising higher altitudes which matter greatly in air to air battles, and being AI controlled. If someone states a 6th gen as geing being stealthier than a 5th gen than I will just roll my eyes and just call it a marketing ploy or 5th gen plus. There has to be something significant when jumping gens in my opinion. And my definition of a 7th gen would be an aircraft using a small nuclear engine like the one used on Burevestnik to go travel in space with quantum computers and radar along with firing lasers since the Russians stated that placing lasers on a nuclear space tug isn't a bad idea and the peresvet uses a nuclear fuel pump laser, they have shown in 2019 articles nuclear reactors being transported on Kamaz trucks to power equipment instead of diesel.

I think the market for space launch will be increasingly American with some Chinese, European and Japanese launch service. Russian space program would have to be increasingly government supported or targeting niche market like Iran after Europeans no longer using Rocosomos service to launch their satellite.

who knows what Europeans will decide after the war if they will start asking the Russians again for gas and grain. Its not the 1st time countries have flip flopped between decisions like giving weapons to Ukraine. Just made this thread out of boredom because it seems I got banned for following the rules on the ukraine war thread and I am little worried when you stated me and a bunch of mods filed a complaint against you like you made a statement you used mob mentality on the admins because they have not gotten back to me when I did make no more than 3 posts after he stated no more than 3 posts between other posts so I don't know anymore.

MOSCOW, 11 February. /TASS/. The Sukhoi Design Bureau has developed the first part based on a bionic design - an aluminum power bracket for the Su-57 fighter. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC).

"The first part based on bionic design was developed by the Sukhoi Design Bureau - an aluminum power bracket for the Su-57 fighter. This is a completely domestic development. The designers designed the part on a supercomputer. Specialists of the All-Russian Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VNIAM) from the domestic metal powder created on its basis aluminum alloy compositions printed a part on a 3D printer," the report says.

The new bracket weighs a quarter less than similar parts made using traditional technologies and was made overnight, while traditional machining of an aluminum billet would take at least a week, the company said.

As explained in the UAC, generative design is a way of designing various objects, in which solutions other than traditional solutions are used to reduce weight and increase strength. Externally, objects produced in this way differ from ordinary man-made products. They have pronounced features inherent, for example, in plants, imitate the structure of limbs or bones. That is why this design method is often called bionic design. The term "generative design" is used due to the fact that the geometry of such structures is automatically calculated, as if generated in special software.

The bionic approach to design allows for some technological processes to spend 30 or even 50% less material. This has a positive effect on the price of such products.

The fifth-generation fighter Su-57 hits targets at a distance of 120 km during the NWO, and aircraft missiles are expected to arrive in the near future, which will be able to hit targets at a distance of up to 300 km, a source in the military-industrial complex told TASS.

"In the NWO, the Su-57 solves problems with high quality, effectively hits targets, its distinctive feature is low visibility. Today, the fighter operates at a distance of 120 km, in the near future they are waiting for the arrival of aircraft missiles for high-speed air targets at a distance of up to 300 km," the agency's interlocutor said.

The Su-57 (according to NATO codification - Felon) is a fifth-generation Russian multifunctional fighter. The aircraft is designed to destroy all types of air, ground and surface targets. The machine has a supersonic cruising flight speed, intra-fuselage armament, radio-absorbing coating (stealth technology), as well as the latest set of onboard equipment. The intellectualization of the Su-57 systems allows him to take on some of the functions of the pilot, including piloting and training the use of weapons.
