Said to be Korean engine.

....which engine??

acc. to below quote (in türkisch) engine issue sounds still to be an open question

Also if they would already have a certan one so they would not keep such flexiblity in terms of prodution line as they are saying
"we have a temporal roadmap for not leaving a big gap... A synchronized road map is being considered after establishing the line to produce..."

...it sound like it will take a little longer.

Demir, Altay tankında seri üretimin başlamasına yönelik, "Alternatif motoru bulup, getirip, sisteme girmesiyle arada büyük bir boşluk bırakmamakla ilgili zamansal yol haritamız var. Hattı kurup üretecek hale getirdikten sonra senkronize bir yol haritası düşünülüyor. Seri üretim hattının kurulması ve tesisle ilgili çalışmalar başladı. Önümüzdeki senenin ortalarına doğru hattın faaliyete geçmesi ve üretimin başlamasını bekliyoruz." ifadelerini kullandı.

It's a pity Altay hasn't matured yet and gone into full production. Pakistan would have put in an order for sure.
Hope it goes well.

Honestly, it seems like it is too expensive compared to VT-4 so I doubt Pakistan would have placed an order. Are you sure of this?

One of that most second best armoured ( first place in turret (leopard 2a7+ and in the hull armata), best firepowered (same place with leo 2a6), best engined (with same place with leopard 2 series) and most advanced tank in the world.

Other one is Just a uses copy of old russian main cannon, engine, armour tech. İf altay is fire his 120mm l/55 cannon with german dm-63 apfsds to vt-4 sabot can be enter from front and exit from back.

Expensive cost would have imo prohibited PA from purchasing a large fleet even if you say it is much better than VT-4. The VT-4 is better than the T-90 and is a lot better than you think it is compared to Russian export tanks.

Isn’t Altay is too heavy for transport infrastructure? VT-4 has been chosen already, as far as I know,

Yeah, that is what Pakistani forumers say - they prefer lighter tanks due to the Pakistani transport infrastructure. VT-4 is around 13 tons lighter than Altay.

I dont accept a reviews about altay unit cost. Yes his cost is not low but we cant wait a price of altay will be same with 1980-2000 series tanks. Even K2 is not same level with altay, his armour not better than altay, altay heavier than him also. On the other hand almost all military vehicle is doublesied in the todays. Just an example f-16c : 30-40m dollar , F-35 ise min 80-100m dollar. Even puma ifv unit price is 8.1m euro in the begining how we are waiting a low cost about altay.

People in Turkey - Pakistan relations praise get bored. Even someone who has little interest in this business knows that Pakistan cannot buy tanks at this price. Will a state that develops JF 17 to be cheap will buy tanks for these coins from us.

Relax dude before you start typing. Look at Pakistan's shopping list with Turkey to date. Has Turkey got a bigger customer?

JF17 was developed to be sanction free not cheap. You would have sold a lot more shit if you would have developed sanction free hardware.

We love the Turks but please don't let this get to your head because you still have a thing or two to learn from them.

I don’t understand the first part of your post.
As for the rest Pakistan has placed orders for the;
Milgem (Pakistan variant).
The T-129 (30 helicopters) , but engine is an issue.

These are among the most expensive items produced by the Turkish defence industry.
The Altay would be bought, as part of Pakistan’s defence needs and the fact a brotherly state makes it.

I believe that if Turkey can/could deliver the hardware then Pakistan would rather buy it from Turkey than from anyone else.

Of course the pricetag has to be right, and we have to establish local production.

It is a fact that Pakistan is a more brotherly nation to the Islamic nations than anyone gives credit.

Now it's true that Pakistan has been under sanctions for a long time, and this have opened up a lot space for China to dive in.

But we as a Turkish nation have to do our bit and loosen that hold. I am so hopeful that TEI's engine successfully completes installation and flight trials on TS1400 be it Gökbey but rather Atak, so we can give them to Pakistan.

I think we should have a base of 1000 man and 4 Atak in Pakistan to do trial runs and such.

Not all of the products in your example are 2 or 3 times the price of a product that you can buy in the market for competitive prices.
