Turkish Land Forces Command announced that it will recruit 25 thousand specialist sergeants.
As we talked before in other threads the Land Forces needs personnel because of the rising military footprint of Turkiye. It is known that due to the bad work conditions many of the personnel is cutting ties with TSK after their contract finishes. This contributes to the large personnel gap of the Land Forces Command due to the intense operations abroad.
A recruitment of this size may also be a sign that a preparation for a large scale operation in our backyard is going on. My personal estimation is that we should deal with the PKK/YPG in Syria until 2028 at latest. There are also the question marks of Gara and Sinjar in Iraq. The Turkish Armed Forces needs men!
