Hypothetically speaking even if Azerbaijan were to recognize TRNC, we would be heavily pressured very soon to reverse that decision - see Pakistan and Bangladesh for examples.

Well, Bangladesh was very poor and weak back then. So it had no other realistic choice but to back down.

I checked that thread and I have yet to see anyone saying that Turkish Cypriots are the bad guys. Every single comment is focusing on the political reasons why official recognition isn’t a good option for Azerbaijan.

Hypothetically speaking even if Azerbaijan were to recognize TRNC, we would be heavily pressured very soon to reverse that decision - see Pakistan and Bangladesh for examples.

Many of those comments are basically insinuating that Turkiye is a no different invader to Armenia, which is outlandish. Its basically equating Turkiyes right to stop the genocide of the TC's as the same as what the Armenians did in Karabakh. Meanwhile they take a defacto position that Cyprus belongs to the Greeks which is another nonsense, much like the ancient lands nonsense Armenians use against Azerbaijan. Armenians were there before you, thus its theres. The same nonsense logic the Greeks use in Cyprus.

Cyprus was conquered by the Ottomans in the 15th century, they took it from the Catholic venations. Ruled it for 300, leased it to the British for a 99 years where the British would annex the island going into world war one. The greeks were gifted a country because they can be used to keep the Turks in check. The same way the Armenians are/were used against you and Turkiye.

What Azeris should be doing is first educating themselves, then they should be supportive of their brothers. A great injustice is taking place against the Turkish Cypriots and without Turkiye they would all be dead today.

As for the wider TRNC situation, if as a people we strive to fight for each others rights sooner or later the problem will be resolved. But we shouldn't settle that Turkish cypriots will always be held hostage because of greeks. No, at the most basic level we must defend our positions.

Now if im in charge of a country i can offer more solutions, but thats a completely different subject.

worth keeping in mind the armenian propergandists and affilates are starting to push the erasure of christianity as a new ploy, a new properganda piece. They realised that no one gives a shit about fartsark or armenia, so now its about genocide of Christianity itself in the region. They are of course hoping this can sway public opinion since the genocide lies of Armenians was getting boring.

I'm expecting to see more of this nonsense in the coming days.

look at this muppet.

Azerbaijan has restarted military shipments between Ganja and Nakchivan with strategic air lifters. Unclear if continued buildup or build down from Karabakh operation

Greek cypriots condemn Azeribaijan accuse her of ethnic cleansing.

Translated article;

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns in the strongest terms Azerbaijan's military operation on September 19 and 20 in Nagorno-Karabakh and the flagrant violation of the Ceasefire Agreement of November 9, 2020. As a result of Azerbaijan's aggression tens of thousands of Armenians have been displaced from their ancestral homes, while the loss of human life due to the unacceptable and unjustified use of force, in violation of international law, including international humanitarian law, is enormous. Undoubtedly, these unilateral actions of Azerbaijan constitute acts of ethnic cleansing and therefore should be met with a corresponding and decisive response from the international community.

As a matter of principle, we support respect for the sovereignty and territorial
integrity of all states, and call on Azerbaijan to refrain from
any further hostilities, respecting its commitments to
the territorial integrity of Armenia under the Almaty Declaration
(1991).

Under the burden of continuous developments and rapid deterioration of the
situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs continuously raises the issue of
Azerbaijan's military aggression both within the EU framework
and in other international fora. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates its call for a comprehensive, sustained and inclusive dialogue to ensure
the rights and security of Karabakh Armenians
, as well as to achieve lasting peace and stability
in the wider region.

Given the traditionally historical and strong ties between Cyprus and Armenia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs is in communication with his Armenian counterpart. It goes without saying that the Republic of Cyprus maintains open passages for the Armenian people. Within this framework, the Cypriot Government is ready to immediately provide humanitarian assistance to the expelled Armenians of Karabakh who are leaving their ancestral homes by the thousands. Therefore, among other things, ways of accommodating a number of displaced Armenians in our country are being considered, should such a need arise."

Like i say Turks you got to wake up.

makes all those Champaign Turks in the Azerbaijan reddit look extra fucking dumb. Reams of Azeris sucking off the stolen republic of Cyprus and keeping us Turkish Cypriots under the boot. Shameful.

I would advise all Turks especially in places where they fester in large communities to either avoid those areas or to seek personal security. Also keep in mind that if trouble occurs that the authorities will likely take the side of the instigators, so avoidance is the best option in nearly all cases.

Now if worst comes to worst and you do find yourself being attacked and there is no way out, its best to do everything to put that threat down. Show no mercy in that situation.

Turks must be aware that having failed in their military adventures these people will likely start engaging in terrorist acts. For a period of time its best Turks in the west especially countries like the USA, France and England take extra safety precautions. Don't get caught sleeping.

No doubts, but if you know Armenian history many Turks including women and children were murdered in terrorist attacks for decades to come after the Russians annexed them.

I fully expect the armenian fanatics to engage in the same things after taking another ass pounding on the battlefield.

The Armenians during the Ottomans dying days had openly declared their intention to exterminate the entire Muslim population of Eastern Anatolia to make way for an ethnically homogenous greater Armenia. The Russians had funnelled them weapons and training and the Armenians were committing massacres, in many places wiping out entire villages and towns. With the full intent to commit a total Genocide.

The people of eastern Turkey seeing no real Ottoman support since troops were tied up in multiple theatres, fending off British, French and Russian invasion attempts started to take matters into their own hands and were retaliating. Many Armenians in retaliatory measures were also wiped out. As anyone who studies this is aware the Ottoman state had many of these people tried in court and hanged for engaging in such acts against the Armenians. The Ottoman state crushed anyone who attacked Armenians.

But the critical moment was the subterfuge the Armenians were playing on the ottoman supply lines. They were destroying and attacking critical supplies being sent to the front where the Ottomans were holding off a Russian invasion. In massive numbers the Armenians were actively helping the Russian invasion against the Ottomans.

The Armenians created such a life and death situation for the Ottomans and specifically the Muslim Ottomans that the deportation orders in the east were basically seen as the only way to save eastern Turkey. To save the Ottoman state from falling and to save the Armenians themselves from being killed since they had created such a hatred among the local populations against them for their crimes.

Here we are in 2023 and they are responsible for their own troubles, yet the same game is being played "GENOCIDE". Just yesterday they were boasting of taking land from Turkiye and Azerbaijan, a day later they are the victim of GENOCIDE.

They had 30 years to settle the issue peacefully, not only did they do nothing they were openly boasting to the world their intent that they were going to take land from Turkiye and Azerbaijan.

Now their own actions resulted in similar results crushing defeats on the battlefield, now they are the eternal victim again. Mark my words they are going to do everything to slander Azerbaijan with genocide accusations and as each decade passes the tall tale will get bigger and more ridiculous.
