I think a middle ground can be found in exchange for land connection to nachivan. Minorities are just trouble. But of course its up to what azerbaijan wants in the end this is just my thoughts..

This conflict is one of many problems that Russian imperialism left behind. Armenians were scattered by the Ottoman-Safavid conflict but after the Russian Occupation the Armenians started to return to that land because most of it was inhabited by Muslims at that time but the numbers started to decrease after the Russian occupation. Despite the fact the Armenians has good life in turkey and Iran that didn’t stop them from siding with Russia when they took South Caucasus from the Gajars that’s why Iranians have to understand that the Armenians will side with the people of their religion against their host countries and that they should never be trusted

If I was the armenians I would have bought Chinese BM or long range MLRS and planned ahead to hit the airbases the first day. No airbases=no airstrikes except from Turkey but that would be sus af for Turkey and may anger Russia.

That's your point of view, theirs is that Stalin gave those lands to the Azeris and Nagorno belongs to them as it had an Armenian majority, sort of like Turkey seizing Northern Cyprus to protect its people.

To wrongs doesn’t make it right also majority of Armenia was Muslim before the Russian occupation there was more Armenians in Anatolia then in modern day Armenia.

possibly neither of the sides wishes to move the conflict outside of the Karabag, that is why they are not using LRBMs or airstrikes deep into other's territories.
