That was the time when the sensitive part of the western world promoted the Concert for Bangladesh, that someone more musically minded in the forum should present. A lot of money was raised, it was never enough, and food was short right till the end.

"Majorsamm" used this song by George Harrison from that concert as the theme music for his montage video that shows some glimpses into your account given here. There are some good comments on the page as well. Triumph of the human spirit.

Ouderland: WWII veteran who contributed to Bangladesh’s liberation

Ouderland penetrated top ranks of the Pakistan Army and intelligence and supplied his intel to the freedom fighters

Ouderland, who breathed his last at the age of 84 in Perth in 2001, remains the only foreign national who was awarded by the Bangladesh government for extraordinary contribution in the liberation war. A documentary was made about his contribution to the war in 2016.

I couldn't find online the official (2016) documentary that was made about Ouderland. Or maybe I am mistaken?

The BD govt should upload it to YT and have it translated for international audience.
