What you are describing is CEC (cooperative engagement capability) and afaik Turkey doesn't have that capability yet.

CEC capability was used by TurAF in Idlib war. Kement on SOM and Atmaca is serving for this purpose as well. Gezgin is also coming with same capability. The control of the missile can be taken by a far platform and directed to a target. The missile itself is also sending visual datas to operators. Besides, Turkish industry has developed own tactical link system that will be competitive to link-16 and 22. This technology is being improved in paralel to Turkish 5G tech efforts.

Why not? Turkey has had airborne radars (E-7s) for 13 years and now produces its own missiles with mid-course correction datalinks. It's not exactly some alien technology.

Is kement already operational? Do TurAF already have Kement enabled SOM in inventory? Will our AWACS be able to guide/redirect Kement enabled missiles?

Countries which master network enabled warfare/technology will be the dominant powers in future. Turkey recognized the trend.

Kement project was completed in 2019. In qualification trials, Meteksan introduced NEW (network enabled weapon capabilities) of Kement data-link on AA and AG missiles. Turkish Armed Forces have this network capability. New coming long range missiles from AA to AG will have Kement elements.
