Greece is about to get rafales, and many analysts see it that it's about to give Greece aerial superiority with meteor missiles, but Greeks ignore the fact that Turkey can get access of rafale secrets through Qatar to know it's characteristics and radar signature etc, so is it possible that rafale secrets can be exposed

That is your theory not actual fact.
It is an educated guess. Qatar and Turkey have strategic relations and close military cooperation. Qatar has a vested interest in Turkey's East Med project, they even lend their own air force transports to haul cargo for us from Turkey to Libya. But if denying the possibility of Turkey knowing everything there's to know about the Rafale from Qatar helps you sleep better at night, be my guest. ;)

It's pretty much fact and you know it, same goes for Meteor, Aster etc... :D

Also the Greeks will probably buy DM2A4 torpedo from Germany, exactly the same one our Navy is using currently and all our new countermeasure systems were tested on.

Nothing is special or game changer with Rafale. Rafale is a 4th generation fighter and This aircraft can be detected from satisfactory ranges by Turkish radars. No matter How advanced French counter measure sensors will be, Turkish surface to air missiles having dual mode seeker heads will perfectly hunt them. Greek pilots won’t have anything against dual mode siper missiles. If a hot conflict starts in 5 years, World community will watch how Turkish technology will humiliate French latest generation aircrafts with a cover of Pantsir V2.

How about the Meteor missiles? If the Greeks acquire those with their Rafales, could that pose an additional challenge for us?

Meteor is a serious threat to us indeed but we shouldn’t forget that Tubitak SAGE is still keeping “Akdoğan” AA missile secret. Most probably, we will see a supersonic long range AA missile with dual mode seeker head. This missile will be used to apply a strategy like “one shot one kill” when the enemy entered inside impressive NEZ range of this missile. Nothing will be simple If you are messing with a country like Turkey.

I'm hoping we can use a platform like KORAL, E-7s and HAVA-SOJ to jam the shit out of their little radars.
AMRAAM missile has third party guidance mode where f-16 turn off their radars and the missile are guided by AWACS radar thanks to link-16 datalink, and this gives a stealth kill with the f-16 radar off to avoid detection, and this was lately demonstrated in the shooting down of two syrian su-24 in March 2020, so I think turkey would use the same tactic against greece

This article seems to think AIM-120D is actually superior to the Meteor. But apparently our AIM-120C's will be at a range disadvantage. I'm hoping we can use a platform like KORAL, E-7s and HAVA-SOJ to jam the shit out of their little radars.

Max ranges of AA missiles can’t guarantee a success so the ranges with three digit don’t make much sense. The most important kill factor in AA missiles are “No escape zone” ranges. Some source claims, Meteor has a max range of 160-180km but No escape zone range of Meteor is 65km. Meteor with 65km NEZ range is known as the longest range AA missile in its class so don’t believe on marketing figures of missle manufacturers.

It is not simplistic. Good luck scoring constant hits on highly maneuverable aircraft at max half a generation behind while they sport RWR, EW and supported by AWACS. Don't forget the Koral EW, which is an airforce system so it will support any Turkish CAP and strike package. The Koral blinding the Rafale radars while the E-7T provides updates through datalink to the F-16's, will make sure that the F-16's will employ their AMRAAMs before the Rafale can acquire them through the IRST.

It really is much easier to target airbases with precision guided missiles, either cruise, ballistic or guided rocket artillery. And Turkey has enough of them to destroy every Greek hangar and aircraft shelter. The SAM's won't intercept all these missiles either by sheer probability of hit or by SEAD operations by aircraft and suicide drones.

What you are describing is CEC (cooperative engagement capability) and afaik Turkey doesn't have that capability yet.
