Even India hasn’t inducted LRLACM
Armenia received certain defense platforms which India didn't induct (yet). Tata is building the WhAP for Morocco while IA is still on the fence between Stryker and WhAP (geo-political reasons as well). Private defense firms like MKU, Tonbo, SSS and certain drone firms have considerable exports but only limited purchases from our forces

Nirbhay was infact deployed on the frontlines during the Galwan conflict and I'm sure we might have some in inventory. But you're right on IDRW and this news would've been more plausible if it came from any other reputable source

[Kanpur, India] — [14 July 2025] We are proud to announce that MKU has been awarded a major multi-year framework contract to supply over 200,000 advanced ballistic helmets to one of the most stringent armed forces in Asia. This project, spread over a multi-year delivery framework, represents one of the largest ballistic helmet programs in the region, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in global soldier protection.​

Our NIJ Level IIIA certified Kavro ballistic helmets were chosen after a rigorous competitive evaluation involving some of the world’s leading defence manufacturers from Europe, Southeast Asia, and India. We emerged as the partner of choice once again with our proven track record in the region and the superior quality, lightweight design, enhanced comfort, and stability of our ballistic solutions. Notably, this supply also includes special configurations for paratrooper and airborne applications, underscoring the trust placed in our solutions by one of the world’s most advanced armed forces.
