They have Burraq which is identical in mission profile, and Shahpar II which seems to be on par or even better. Why would they acquire TB2s?

Perhaps operationally Pakistan is lacking. The operational software package that comes with TB2, from SEAD to ISR missions. I don't see any other country other than the US that has evolved mission sotware.

Looks like Erdogan is visiting Bangladesh in January and we can assume, the arms deal will be announced by Presidents. I think most of the contract on Naval platforms and related subsystems were completed in the last Bangladesh visit of ASFAT. Note the participation from ASFAT, it wasn't only managers who are just paying back a visit, but also the directors who oversee the technical parts.

Bangladesh is interested in Turkish air defense missiles, anti-ship missiles, Milgem class ships, and other naval platforms. My sources say a signature is imminent and might happen while Erdogan's visit to Bangladesh.

What about arial platforms. I find it odd that UAV/attack helicopters haven't been mentioned. Bangladesh is really lacking in the arial sphere.

Both army and BAF is getting UAV and attack helicopters. Army chief inspected the operation control room of Turkish Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) during his visit in Turkey. Six MALE UAV will be procured for army. Not sure which UAV and attack helicopter will BAF get but looking at army's UAV and attack helicopter doesn't look like Turkish one can participate in the tender.

Haluk Görgün, General Manager of ASELSAN:

“We have over 9 thousand employees, in fact, they reached 9200. We employed 1500 personnel last year, I can predict that this year it will be around the same level before the end of this year. 60-65% of our employees are R&D personnel”

I understand that Turkey might not be able to compete for the attach helicopter tender, as they can only offer T-129. However, I don't get why Turkey can't participate in the UAV tender for BAF? Turkey can literally offer a UAV in any class. What are BAF's UAV tender requirements.

Gökbey helicopter can be offered in a military guise as well.

I was talking about army not BAF. Turkey offered UAV and helicopter and former BAF chief and PM's military adviser also showed interest during defense exhibition.

By anti-ship missile, do you mean that Bangladesh bought Atmaca missile? Or some other variant?
i think they are referring to ATMACA , i am not aware of any other Turkish origin Anti-ship missile in development.
