I don't see any source referring the "Gaurav" to be a derivative or based upon Russian munitions. Most of our precision guided munitions are of Israeli origin and this bomb has been developed as an alternative to Spice-2000. It is an indigenous munition developed by a few DRDO labs and is manufactured by Adani Defence and Aerospace

The winged version has a 100km range containing a pre-fragmented and penetration-blast warhead while the wingless version (Gautham) has a range of 30 km with a 100km version under development

Lets wait and see what this even is....and what its final evolution actually is. It could be a BMP upgrade concept rather than FICV....something like Abhay but they gave it to L&T now?
