Interesting the level of theft, deceit and lies on display concerning the Chinese way of doing business. Literally stealing western intellectual property and knocking it off. Also goes into detail how the communist party and corporate business goes hand in hand.

They are just practical, "intelectual theft" is modern invention, otherwise knowledge circulated around the world from the begining of human race.

You should look at the level of "borrowing" done by the Allies post WW2 defeat of Germany. There is almost a shadow of a Kraut behind every major US and Soviet defence product/platform. From jets to nuclear to even the Kalashnikov assault rifle that is still tripping around the world - most were not even knock offs. They just borrowed a Braun, Oppenheimer, Einstien, Schmidt etc

Just one more tool to keep western hegemony, it is ethical debatable if there is such a thing like intelectual property at all. As you noticed well who will pay the rights to the the families of those people whome knoweldge is used by tech companies, chain becomes suddenly endless.

intelectual property
You know I my parents come from a province in Pakistan where the humble mathematical zero was invented. I want intellectual rights to the Zero and money paid for it's use.

Bakhshali Manuscript and the location below [ doing that because like most of our heritage the Indians have 'claimed' it.

Not really, you couldnt copy other peoples patented tech here in the UK or most of the world.

If you allow people to steal your knowledge, in the long run you will cripple advancement. Why? Because why would you spend billions to invent something if once invented some chinese company can come and knock it off and sell it for peanuts?

This kind of business is terrible for the world.

The communist way of doing business will destroy human prosperity for everyone eventually.

It depends what you consider as prosperity, endless pushing of consumerism by my opinion is certainly not, it is disease of unprecendented scale in human history and most of those intelectual rights are related to that. Chinese are only playing smarter in invented game by western law traditions, i would not bother to much about it, any disputes they can present to the international courts :)

But he did sell it to Chinese...

Kind of says it all 1.2 billion Chinese and took a Turkish professors discoveries to make it all work. Personally i would advise everyone to be aware of communist style propaganda. Don't give their agents a freehand to propagate nonsense. To make matters worse that regime is literally putting Turkish Muslims in concentration camps.

Except Einstein was a naturalized American and Oppenheimer was American born and bred.

I don't think it's fair to paint them all with the same brush.

You are right and that isnt really my intention, my intention is that that there is a fierce Chinese propaganda operating across the net that wants to portray a fascist communist dictatorship in a constant positive light. The moment someone moves to question that narrative the Chinese do everything to shut them down. Just like all the Chinese shills who rush to defend the genocide of the Muslims as being nothing more then a myth.

The Chinese is welcome to spam this forum with pro CCP propaganda despite his country destroying the Muslim Turks there, but we need some balance. After all this forum isn't china and the internet isn't completely controlled by the CCP.

As Turks we must also understand that our nation has suffered a heavy price from Marxist inspired terrorism. And as we talk now our Turkic brothers are being crushed in communist Chinese concentration camps.

But what to do, you have moral obligation to do something and on the other hand west pressed you hard and can not wait for your fall under their feets. It is like catch 22. Most that you can do is to open consulate in eas turkestan and help by diplomatic means.
