This company was a JV with Thales back in the 80s, but now has the ability to manufacture optics independently. In the future if there are vehicle projects, missile projects, and ATGM optics for example this company can provide them for the military.

There is a lot of cooperation with Greek company Theon.

AN/PVS-4 which is very old but is produced in country and is useful for border security and heavy weapons enplacments.

The Ranger HRC thermal-electro-optical surveillance and tracking system produced by AIO under license

from the American company FLIR consists of a long-range thermal imaging camera capable of detecting vehicles from a distance of 20 km and individuals from a distance of 10 km, an electro-optical camera with a maximization capacity of 12.5X and a laser distance measurement system with a range of 20 km.

AN/PVS-7B produced by Arab International optronics third generation image intensifiers are standard for military night vision. The PVS-7 is auto-gated to prevent image intensifier damage if exposed to intense light. The goggles have active night vision using a built-in infrared LED for low light situations. They are waterproof and charged with nitrogen to prevent internal condensation while moving between extreme temperatures.

Its high-sensitive uncooled 640x480 resolution detector with 17 µm pitch provides a detailed and clear picture and is offering a perfect visual tool for a variety of applications. The camera can withstand the harshest weather and environmental conditions.

The D39 is working in the 8-12 µm spectral band with a frame rate of 50 Hz. It has an identification performance of 550 m for human and 1700 m for a vehicle, and detects human and vehicle at respectively up to 3,500 m and 10,300 m. It features

New remote weapon system made by Arab international optronics, I labeled the cameras to the best of my knowledge. This development will help Egypt in developing future turret systems. It can carry the FN MAG which Egypt locally produces, and possibly carry other systems such as a MK19 40mm grenade launcher. It is much better than any previous RWS produced by Egyptian companies

There was also an M901 ITV I saw in the same scene, I'm not sure if it is being upgraded but I don't see why it would be shown if it wasn't. Most likely if being upgraded, I would assume new thermals, and new optics.

New type of products I found that I haven't seen before. I remember in February of 2019, there was an announcement Arab international optronics was developing a battle management system so this could be it.

D69 thermal for vehicles from the Egyptian company Arab international optronics, I'm not sure what it is going to do but from the the videos I suspect it is going into a tank destroyer version on a BMP or Sinai-2000 chassis.

These images suck I had to take a picture of a video inside a video.

Showing the thermal imager and what looks to be a RK-3 Corsar ATGM

It is on this chassis, I think it is on the BMP or Sinai-200

It is also being tested by the Egyptian armed forces.

Well, tbh the chassis itself isn't bad and if Egypt can build its own version isn't bad.

Ruskies still use vehicles based off BMP-1 and BMP-2 today manufacuted recently.
