A defense and military cooperation memorandum was signed between the Greek Cypriot Administration (GCA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

According to the news in the Greek press, the defense ministers of the GASC and UAE signed the memorandum via teleconference.

You mean UAE and Cyprus, because it looks like there seems to be somekind of break between the Saudis and UAE. Saudi pushed for peace with Qatar, while UAE only accepted reluctantly. Their media is still hating on them while Saudis have stopped. If you want to read authoritarian countries listen to their media.

Their citizens (I mean the real native ones not the imported slaves etc) have a standard of living and social services that are unmatched in 99% of the world so why would they need to rebel against their rulers?
