political islamist don't believe in freedom, nothing they do will ever bring freedom. It will bring at best a communist style system with an islamist face. You really think most people in Burkina Faso care?

Most of the African countries have no sense of national unity or identity.

They identify with religion, tribe and clan. Same story in Nigeria with the Muslim North vs the Christian South. Fulani Nomads vs the Igbo Farmers.

All this national identity or unity is mainly from the West. Because France, Germany, Italy and Spain tried to unite all their different peoples and languages into 1 nation.
