There is no such option because so far the EU has tried to work on consensus, but it is obvious that such a system is very limited in what it can achieve, especially when you have a higher number of countries involved.

The rules need to be adapted to the current reality. The EU clearly needs an upgrade that would make it more functional, and reduce the veto power that enables bad actors to block initiatives that have wide support. The EU needs to switch to a majority, or at least a qualified majority system, if it wants to be able to get anything done.

Orban and Fico have shown that the consensus system can be easily abused by foreign agents.

It's a particularly important region as it is disputed by the two main northern clans and Mogadishu usually tries to stay out of their disputes but has decided not to anymore.

Somalia and Turkiye have signed a deal to explore our onshore oil reserves a couple weeks ago and it seems like it has been ratified by the Turkish parliament today. The interesting thing here is that for that region to be properly explored the south will need to be stabilized, Puntland will need to be put in its place and Somaliland will need to be put down. Basically what I'm saying here is that the recently signed oil deal will demand for the end of the civil war on the federal government's terms to be properly implemented.

This is another reason why it is imperative that everyone supports Ukraine with weapons in order to defeat Russia. Now that the US is on Putin’s side, the rest of the world needs to get its act together and push for more military aid.

Trump’s “peace” plan is desgined in the Kremlin and must be rejected by Ukraine. For them to be able to reject it, they need a lot more support from the rest of the world, because they will soon lose the military and intelligence support they currently get from the US.

If Ukraine is forced to cave and accept Krasnov’s “peace” plan, Russia will rebuild its military in two years, and they will start another invasion considering they already have lots of combat experience and their economy is in war mode. Kazakhstan’s huge border with Russia makes it extremely vulnerable.
