Countries like Armenia are city-states. They are irrelevant in the world stage. They have a inferiority complex. Living conditions in Armenia is terrible. Armenians and Armenian diaspora live in two different worlds. Armenia is failed state. There has to be something to keep people together. A story. Accusing a country of "genocide" is a very serious matter. Unless they have political intentions (which they all do). Germany when relations went downhill. US always used as an stick against Turkey. They would have to do proper research if they didn't had political intentions. Invite academicians around the world etc to do research.
