Very good concept, I hope the UAE pursues something similar hopefully.

Development costs should be much lower than developing a dedicated short range land attack missile with a different design.

Everyone needs weapons of deterrent, it is a small nation so it needs force multipliers in case larger nations attack it.

Ground launched land attack cruise missiles are very useful for taking out important enemy assets such as air bases, naval bases, air defenses, etc.

Can anyone ask if there is any works to prevent ATGM use against infantry, to Aselsan? Portable sensors etc.

Turkey mainly needs something to jam SACLOS missiles in Syria and Iraq. It may be possible to make a system like the Shtora portable but I'm not sure.
