You can triple the ground to ground range when it is launched from the air, depending on trajectory. If it follows a straight line like IHA-230 it will have slightly more than 2x range. If it follows a ballistic trajectory, it can have slightly more than 3x range.

So Block 1 and 4 are for stationary targets and 4 has longer range than 1. So i hope Block 2 and 3 will be Antiship variants. Or else why do they reveal 4 before 2 and 3? I am confused now

This missile can reach 2000km depending on the payload weight. This is a big missile and, as pointed out, it has a low drag profile.
