Russian Migs are very old and unreliable, although still capable of taking out an F16 as happened in Feb 2019. They will he phased out though. What kind of advantage does the MiG-29 provide? I assume the main reason for keeping those Sukhoi MKI is that IAF has already deeply invested in them (training & money)?MIG'S are on way out except for MIG 29 . SU stays as it is. they are in process of getting avionics upgrades.
