290 seats for NDA in end, BJP will have to give some concessions to TDP and JDU to form govt as it doesn't havev 272 seats by itself.

Currently the Election Commission of India, ECI is widely facing a credibility crisis because of the Vote theft presentation and evidence given by Congress and endorsed by other Opposition parties.
Personally, I think it is true - the scale of difference between Lok Sabha elections in 2024 and the State Elections in 2024 in Maharashtra didn’t make any sense.
And ECI is not giving any soft copies of the voter roles either. Your thoughts ? @Nilgiri

If he has evidence with muster, he either can follow the rules set out by Supreme court for it:

or he can file a court case against ECI itself and get a legal process going on it (though again with penalty and perjury on the line at end of it).

If it's just theatrics dice rolling with allegations + muddying + garner sympathy (and likewise lose it among others) etc etc with no actual legal muster pursued, well the "credibility crisis" can fall upon RG et al in far greater degree in the end.

In any case, they really ought to have gotten the whole thing straightened out with their own party to begin with:
