What's budget of Chandrayaan-4?

Last month the Govt gave budget approval of $250 million for CH-4, including cost of 2 x LVM3 launches needed for it. The final spend amount might be slightly more but this is the official outlay.

This is interesting...I wonder if MLM is being considered in place of MOM-2 or sometime after it? MOM-2 is relatively uncomplicated in comparison to this:

Unless they're just using this image as a placeholder (I don't think they are), this seems to be a very JWST-like configuration with the sun-shield & everything.

I wonder if it's specifically meant for studying exoplanets in the IR spectrum (hence the sun-shield)?
