Also, in western countries, average people can own tigers, leopards and other protected animals, In China it's strictly forbidden.
In the west you can buy a tiger skin, in China, you will buy yourself a ticket right into a prison cell.

We should make these and several such forests as complete no-go areas or convert em into National Parks/Wild Life Sanctuaries (Kabini is already a sanctuary though) with an irreversible law that no civilian activity could take place in the generations to come. Similar to the recently introduced Cheetahs, we should also bring in some Jaguars into our wild
