true F 35 is still a MOD plan, is F 15 a big ticket to get F 35? or have to buy or upgrade old F16 to block 70/72 . standard

I still want F-16V though idk how, IMHO it's the logical ladder to Lockheed Martin's 5th generation fighter and the only reasonable in every factors for us to operate in large number.
