I think it's not just quality of US produced fighter jets that mage them top class air forces , it's also because excellent education they got from US Air force or Navy.

Minister Prabowo Receives the Visit of the Representative of the Prime Minister/Minister of Qatar in Jakarta

Jakarta - Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto received an honorary visit from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE. Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Attiyah at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Kemhan field, Jakarta, Sunday (4/6).

The meeting at the end of the week begins with a welcome with a line of honor. Minister Prabowo was in Singapore the day before to attend the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue and meet several other high-ranking nationals.

"Thank you to the Minister of Defense of Qatar and the entire delegation for the productive discussion we had today. The insight and contribution that has been given is very valuable to strengthen defense cooperation between Indonesia and Qatar," said Minister Prabowo.

On that occasion Minister Prabowo also appreciated the educational cooperation provided by Qatar to RI to send Indonesian officers to participate in the Combined Staff and Command School.

"This opportunity is an exchange of knowledge and increased understanding of defense practices and strategies used in other countries," he said.

In addition, Minister Prabowo also praised Qatar's ability to overcome the humanitarian crisis and improve regional stability.

"Qatar's experience and resources in providing assistance and facilitating the peace process proved to be valuable in strengthening the joint collective efforts," said Minister Prabowo.

At the end of the meeting, Minister Prabowo and Minister of Qatar exchanged souvenirs. Minister Prabowo on that occasion gave PT Pindad SS2-V5 A1 assault rifle. (Sgt. Gen. Kemhan's Public Relations Bureau)
