I don't think this is a possible layout for this ship. and i don't think Mk.56 is still produced or even a production line exists. Same for Smart-L, possibly all remaining Smart-L will be upgraded to contemporary AESA L Band radars.

The modeler is possibly an undergrad, given a hull possibly made by another undergrad based on remains on cooperation attempts with Danish OMT, and told to 'place as many as possibly weaponry and just google for the rest'.
