If Dearsan wants to sell their products in Indonesia, they need to establish cooperation with Indonesian shipyards and produce them here, because as far as I know, the CEO of Defend ID once said that procurement tenders will be given to local defense industries/local shipyards, and then these local shipyards will look for foreign shipyards to cooperate with. The process cannot only involve foreign shipyards without the participation of local shipyards.

So which local shipyard will Dearsan collaborate with? PT PAL has clearly already signed an MoU with Naval Group to build FDI frigates here, as well as Noahtu Shipyard, which has collaborated with Fincantieri and will most likely offer the FREMM Frigate. Another local shipyard that has fairly good facilities is Batamec.

For your information: Dearsan has established a shipyard in Turkmenistan from scratch, and establishing several shipyards in Africa. So they have no issues with that.

Also TAIS delivers design packages and personnel and constructs patrol boats / missile boats in Indonesian shipyards.

For your information: Dearsan has established a shipyard in Turkmenistan from scratch, and establishing several shipyards in Africa. So they have no issues with that.
The Indonesian Navy must ask for local production of the second ship with technology transfer, because Indonesian law is so..... otherwise the Indonesian parliament will cancel it

Ddifferent from PPA, because it is already done and Indonesia needs a reinforcement ship and of course if it is ordered again it will be produced locally

KASAL: Scorpene need 7-8 years to build thus Prabs want interim submarine, currently looking for submarine that can be obtained within 3 years (prabs administration).

"If we accept the 2 statements of the Commander of the Indonesian Naval Forces (frigate and delivery within 2 years) as true:

1)All possible alternatives:
1.1) MİLGEM İSTİF class frigate (STM/ASFAT): 1 of the 3 frigates built for the Turkish Armed Forces and to be delivered in 2026 can be given to Indonesia and the others can be built according to their wishes.
1.2) MİLGEM Ada class corvette (STM/ASFAT): The first one can be completed in 2 years.
1.3)C92 Corvette (DEARSAN): The first one can be completed in 2 years.

2) Frigates at the concept stage, which may be possible with some delay:
2.1)DEARSAN F-142 frigate
2.2)TAIS F-105/115/140 frigates
2.3)ASFAT AS3600 frigate
2.4)Other"
