VL MICA isn't a viable option for AAW destroyer. AAW role need more diverse solution (more layer) in a single hull

That's a lot of firepower, for ASEAN standard.

I hope FREMM will have 32x VLS as standard.

IF our Iver Huitfeldt class need escorting, then what TF its need to exist in the first place The role of a destroyer is for escorting other, which is usually either a capital ship (of which we do not have), or escorting amphibious task force (this is the intended role)

12 VLS modules would be more than enough. Rebranding the ship as Karya Anak Bangsa, and public will be cheering the new AAW destroyer "Yang bikin negara tetangga ketar-ketir"

JAKARTA - The state-owned defense industry, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) is producing warships and submarines. The plan is that the ship will be inaugurated or launched on November 10, 2021.

The CEO of PAL Indonesia, Kaharuddin Djenod, said that the development of submarine production had reached the joint section stage. In the future, management will make preparations for whole local production.

"We have a target on November 10, 2021, 70% of all these preparations will be completed. So we will launch on November 10, 2021, which is then called the transformation of the maritime industry 4.0," said Kaharuddin in an official statement received by MNC Portal Indonesia, Friday (13/8/2021).

JAKARTA - The state-owned defense industry, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) is producing warships and submarines. The plan is that the ship will be inaugurated or launched on November 10, 2021.

The CEO of PAL Indonesia, Kaharuddin Djenod, said that the development of submarine production had reached the joint section stage. In the future, management will make preparations for whole local production.

BUMN industri pertahanan, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) tengah memproduksi kapal perang dan kapal selam . Rencananya, kapal tersebut akan diresmikan atau launching pada 10 November 2021.

CEO PAL Indonesia, Kaharuddin Djenod menyebut, perkembangan produksi kapal selam mencapai tahapan joint section. Kedepannya, manajemen akan melakukan persiapan whole local production.

“Kami memiliki target pada 10 November 2021, 70% seluruh persiapan ini akan selesai. *bukannya lebih akurat kalau bilangnya tengah mempersiapkan produksi kapal selam, dari pada tengah memproduksi kapal selam?

Meaning by the targeted date of November 10th 2021 (Hari Pahlawan). We here in Surabaya will be hit by another new COVID-19 cluster that most likely will be call as "PT PAL ceremony cluster" (or something within that line)
