All the subsystems(16 strike length cells, MKE 76mm gun, Gökdeniz CIWS, radars etc) are already contracted; not clear if includes "perishables" like missiles and torpedoes, munitions etc or not; which is the same for any deal; totally dependent.

Which was and still is a surprise to me; as no one is selling a frigate for 500m apiece with this kind of loadout; especially one that is already built.

I guess the problem for Indonesian military enthusiasts is that the Istif-class has pretty much the same price tag as our PPA Light+ deal, which features much more advanced radar and a larger hull. But to be fair, this is what our government wanted. I can also understand why the Turkish government decided to let them go, given the significant profit they stand to make from this deal.
