HAMMER is guidance kit for MK series bomb, so why choose pindad and not electronical company like PT LEN?

Because they are already dabbled with guided munition kit for years

Is there any ToT/Offset offer for LJDAM and Paveway from US/UK?

US giving Indonesia right to produce MK series bomb when purchasing previous fighter
Example? Have it officially entered TNI AU arsenal? Or just prototype with no mass production?

As usual, the previous MoD prefer old dumb bombs

Based on many leaks from Mado, at least he did a good job on Neptune deal... Until Fire Nation Russian attacked.

Let's give credit where it's due.

Err Neptune itself is coming under current MoD after fast tracking negotiation, this after himself put an end to C705 negotiation and deal in early 2020 prohibiting anything China Made acquisition and looking for other solution....

if they can get license for AASM Hammer (both the bomb and guidance kit), it would be a pretty good deal.

we need a f*ck ton of precision guided munition.
It'll be good enough if the deal is only for the guidance and range extender/rocket booster kit.

Bold: Oh, indeed. That's why I repeatedly wrote here that we can start by licensing guidance kit for 70 mm FFAR. It's arguably a lot cheaper and the end result can be adapted to be mounted on different platforms - not only aircraft, but ground vehicles and naval vessels as well.

Wish our other fighter can be certified to use them
I think it'll return to the good ol' question of: "Wani piro?"

Regarding Ukraine's Neptune missile success, especially considering that there's still no way that we can go forward with the deal to acquire it do you guys think that our MoD will cancel it altogether to completely switch to NSM?

No but we could buy a lot of them in cheaper price. ToT, we got from HUMMER.
We could use ITAR free munition like Hummer for some "special" target.

Most likely yes, even though based on my understanding HAMMER is a more capable PGM compared to JDAM (CMIIW)

But 'cheaper' is not always the main criteria, especially with the current emphasis on securing as much offset as possible to turn defense spending into defense investment as the president and MoD repeatedly stated
