"The presence of PT Sapta Inti Perkasa contributes to building Indonesia's independence and defense strength through a private defense industry that is independent, solid and highly competitive. "Currently we have succeeded in producing 5.56 mm and 9 mm caliber brasscups and shells with a target of 100 million ammunition per year each, which will be increased gradually to reach 500 million ammunition per year," said Bamsoet when inaugurating the factory in Karang Ploso, Malang, Friday.

Bobby said that PT PAL and British manufacturer Rosyth Royal Dockyard Ltd (Babcock) sat together to design the two frigates.
