Consider to build bigger UUV with longer range and ability to deploy naval mine.

In Bahasa Indonesia it is still classified as submarine or other? Kendaraan nirawak bawah laut, kapal selam nirawak,

If its dry dock Semarang then I think this is not UAE's 163 m LPD but instead PH's 4th SSV.

Currently PT PAL is constructing 3 ship.

Keel Laid for Philippines’ Fourth Indonesian-Made LPD - Naval News

Indonesian shipbuilder PT PAL Indonesia laid the keel for a 124-metre Landing Platform Dock (LPD) ordered by the Philippine Government.

Its the same LPD that is being build.
Also 140 m + 124 m =264 m. Dock semarang still can accommodate that.
