You missunderstand me.
I know that Nato team will be there with 1X E-3A

What i would like to know Who is the country team oprating E-3a plane?

us or uk ?

or there are other operators?

It is operated by NATO

"The NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force (NAEW&C Force) is one of the few military assets that is actually owned and operated by NATO."

"NATO Air Base (NAB) Geilenkirchen, Germany, is home to 14 AWACS aircraft."

"It conducts a wide range of missions from peacetime air policing, support to counter-terrorism, evacuation operations, embargo, initial entry and crisis response to the full spectrum of wartime missions."

"The fleet is currently involved in assurance measures that followed the Russia-Ukraine crisis as well as in tailored assurance measures near Turkey."

It's impossible to know this . Because there is always a multinational crew in the NATO's E-3.
