Isreal needs war to further her ambitions. Just like Azerbaijan needed war to reclaim her lands, but in the case of Azerbaijan the international powers were forcing a ceasefire. War is just a continuation of politics. Likewise Turkey needs war in syria to achieve her ambitions, but Russia and America hold Turkey back.
