There's talk that Hezbollah is preparing something in the North.
Their first announcement was rather calm, unless they are trying to play on the Israeli expectations. Yet, why do all this and waste hundreds to thousands of militants and equipment if you are not going to follow up on it.

The IDF and IAF will soon show the world how revenge is done
I don't think anyone thinks otherwise here. Hellfire will be raining. But yet again, it will be like a wounded lion attacking its surroundings in panic. Condolences if anyone from your extended family was hurt. We know terror like none other.

Today, the international media especially used images of disproportionate brutality. This is not without reason. If Hamas cannot touch the airfields (need to underline that air force is the backbone of Israel's military deterrence today as it was yesterday) no one will even look back at the IDF's high-intensity aerial bombardment of civilians of any kind.

The Israeli air force is slowly starting a video service, they need to morale the people. But after the first shock wave is over, I am afraid they will hit Gaza very hard. Because they need to send a strong message, but they cannot hit Israeli settlements.

It seemed like Saudis were close to the trilateral deal with Israel and U.S. The original proposition by Saudis in return for recognizing Israel was both getting a security guarantee from U.S. but also commencement of steps towards a Palestinian state. Seemed like they had to backtrack on the latter, but there was to be some measures taken which would probably legitimize Fatah even more, and make Israel give some concessions, making Saudis look like saviors of some kind. My contention was that talks will go on but none of this will happen because this U.S. admin will not give the security guarantee that the Saudis are most after. But seems like Iran and Hamas' analysis was not the same and they felt like they have to do something to halt the imminent plan. Although, it's apparent the operation has been a long-time in the making. I think everything was going against Israel in the long run, as their support in the west was dwindling, their society polarized, lots of immigration out. This might turn things around for them in the short-term as it legitimizes their operation, and unites the country but the problem of losing the European population base to Hasidim will persist, and if a swift victory is not achieved the liberals inside Israel might be even more prone to leaving the country due to a loss of both face and faith.

Hezbollah are not suicidal like Hamas.
It would be great if you could share some details about the latest situation that is not covered in the international media. For example, are militants resisting in Israeli settlements, how many towns are not under IDF control? The IDF must surely be planning a sweeping operation, is there any news on this, a few hours ago there was a news report that the army reserves were given mobilization orders.

Invasion of Palestinian troops into Israel, military operations. The head of the military wing of the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas, Mohammed ad-Deif, announced the start of a military operation against Israel. This morning there has already been a massive rocket attack on the south and center of Israel, and martial law has been declared. Palestinian rockets fell on the village of Kharas in the Hebron region and other settlements. Armed mobile Palestinian units have penetrated into populated areas adjacent to the Gaza Strip. Palestinians are massively destroying and seizing Israeli equipment. It is known that one of the Israeli Merkava Mk 4 tanks was destroyed and three Hummer armored vehicles were captured. Judging by the scale of the invasion, the Israeli intelligence service Mossad did not know about such a large-scale action. Currently, attacks on Israeli settlements around the Gaza Strip continue, and local urban battles are taking place. The IDF is now closing roads near the border with the Gaza Strip. There are many killings of civilians happening on the streets now, but this cannot be shown.

I was thinking more of the Iran angle, if they are behind this then it is only logical Hezbollah will get involved.

The woman in the red shawl on the cover of your video has already become a symbol of the news about Israeli settlers. trivia: such striking events are always symbolized by the figure of a woman in red. It's almost like someone's signature now.

The Gaza Strip has become the Gaza pocket. But the question is, will they be able to hold this area?
Nigh impossible. Sweep could take a long time if they leave behind some guys though. Plenty of little towns around there with few thousand people but unless Netivot falls which i doubt, rest is open terrain. If Israelis are watching, could be a good way to locate some important tunnels.

Depends on israelis willingness to endure losses. History has shown that the resolve of a nation is often tested in the face of adversity. Just like this week with the PKK fiasco on the interior ministry, the rednecks might have downed that one mit drone but it didnt stop the TSK and mit to continue to hunt the PKK down lel airstrikes are still ongoing on PKK targets in Syria.
