Ending the republic and changing the constitution is basically him saying don't attack me, ill create a kurdistan peacefully on Turkish lands.

And let me repeat it again to the Kurds reading this forum, Kurdistan is a means to an end. Once all their rivals have been defeated they will simply annex the kurdish state they created.
