What the USA cannot do is allow the regime to survive. If the anglo-american zionist cabal cannot deal with Iran successfully, then their global understanding of their position in the world will adjust in the same way the global understanding of Russia adjusted after their failed invasion of Ukraine. Putin used to behave like a bully, then most of the world ended up treating him like a stupid bitch.

It will create massive recalculations in the region for the enemy. If they cannot end iran, they cant possible try to open a war against Turkiye.
