Since you're not neutral, I decided to ask Google: "Did US aircraft carriers provide aid to Israel during the Arab-Israeli wars?"

And here's what it answered:

AI Review

Yes, US aircraft carriers and carrier strike groups (CSGs) played a vital role in supporting Israel during the Arab-Israeli conflicts, serving both as a deterrent to adversaries and as a means of ensuring supply security.
Key Facts:
Yom Kippur War (1973): During the conflict, the US deployed aircraft carriers to the Mediterranean, and ships of the 5th Fleet provided cover for supplies while the US began massive military aid to Israel. Deterrence: American aircraft carriers regularly deploy to Israel during periods of heightened conflict, such as in 2023-2024 (including the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and USS Gerald R. Ford), to support Jerusalem in its standoff with Iran and Hezbollah.

Operational Support: In May 2021, American troops were also present in the region during the Gaza War, underscoring the defense alliance between the two countries.

Overall, the presence of American aircraft carriers serves not only as direct military support but also as a show of force, designed to prevent third parties from intervening in Arab-Israeli conflicts on the side of Arab states or Iran.

American carrier strike groups played a vital role in the Arab-Israeli wars! ;)
"Deterrent" is nothing. For example right after 7 Oct Biden sent AC as "deterrent" force. Yet Hamas kept firing thousands of rockets at Israeli towns, Hezbollah also joined the war and fired thousands of rockets at Israeli towns. Houthis attacked ships sailing to Israel and later started firing ballitic missiles at Israeli towns. Then also Iran fired ballistic missiles.

Only when Israeli army beat Hamas and Hezbollah rockets stopped.

So what that "deterrence" did? - One big beautiful NOTHING.

I see a lot of theoretic talks about US ceasing to aid Israel. I think it's important that people wake up and look at realities. Israel may have tarnished their reputation, but they still have the what it takes to brat up, invaded and hold what they want. Long run or short run doesn't matter. As long as US doesn't implode. No one will dare do anything to Israel. Look at Europe, not a single sanctions on Israel despite what has been going on. And economic sanctions is a tool to make somewhat dumb allies start behaving properly. All we see from some European countries are individual steps.

To be honest, if Iran does truly hand over the "nuke dusts", then they really do not want to build any bombs with it, then I do see Israel and USA just accepting that and stopping all hostilities.

But, why go all that trouble and deaths and destroy your country only to end up giving up the very thing the war started for? I don't get it.

Hormuz Strait: Status unchanged
published at 20:01

Frank Gardner
Security correspondent

The headlines have perhaps been a little misleading. The Strait of Hormuz is no more open this evening than it was at this time yesterday.

Iran is still insisting that all vessels follow its "designated route" as determined by its Ports and Maritime Organisation, and that this is subject to permission by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy.

This route is not the same as the well-established and internationally-accepted Traffic Separation Scheme that was agreed in the 1960s between the two nations, Iran and Oman, that border the Strait.

Iran says only commercial ships are permissible, so not, for example, the naval warships of the US Navy’s 5th Fleet, that is headquartered beyond the strait and inside the Gulf, in Bahrain.

In other words, these are the same conditions that Iran laid down previously as it seeks to exercise what it calls its "sovereign right" to exert its control over this vital maritime chokepoint.

To the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and to the global shipping trade this is unacceptable. The US, meanwhile, says it is keeping in place its blockade of all Iran’s Gulf ports until a final deal is thrashed out. Until then, the crisis over the Strait of Hormuz remains unresolved.

Iran didn’t realize that within 1–2 years it would lose a massive amount of influence in Syria and Iraq, and in the process become even more weakened and isolated. Only to be subjected to massive bombing afterward.

They bet big on their agenda and lost big.

Iran won’t recover from this in the next 10 years. They’re now out of the game in the Middle East.

Its worse then that, the doors have opened for isreal to pick and choose when to they want to attack them. They are going to see many more rounds to come. Iranians would do well to learn about how Ghaddafi was fooled by the same people destroying them now.

No any aircraft carriers ever protected Israel.

US sends second aircraft carrier to east Mediterranean to deter Iran, Hezbollah

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin says deployment of USS Eisenhower meant ‘to deter hostile actions against Israel or any efforts toward widening this war’

We were alone against the coalition of Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Iraq supported by superpower USSR, and we prevailed.
Operation Nickel Grass was the codename for a strategic airlift conducted by the United States to deliver weapons and supplies to Israel during the 1973 Arab–Israeli War. Between 14 October and 14 November of that year, the Military Airlift Command of the United States Air Force shipped approximately 22,325 tons of supplies, including tanks, artillery, and ammunition, in multiple flights of C-141 Starlifters and C-5 Galaxys.

How can you lie so recklessly? I really wonder the source of this confidence. Are you convinced that the inferior goyim would just believe all the lies you throw around like nothing?

Could you share a map of Israel and give us the exact size of its territory? Let's see your version of "complete Israel".

Daniela Weiss says:

So, is she planning to gain all that territory not by conquering but by not giving up? Classic deranged zionist mentality.
@500 I'm still waiting for a response.

I just brought it as an example. Yes they sent it as "deterrence". Yet it did not deter anything. Hamas continued firing thousands of rockets at Israeli towns. Hezbollah also joined and firing thousands of rockets at Israeli towns. Houthis also joined started blockade and firing ballistic missiles at Israeli towns and later even Iran joined.

I remember that US sent destroyers to Black sea as deterrence against Russia. Yet Russia continued their aggression.

Thats totally symbolic gesture that does nothing.

USSR sent much more aid to Arabs and earlier. Without any aircraft carriers. Ironically American aid stared only AFTER Israel defeated Arab armies and pushed them back.

Here are Israeli stores selling complete Israel necklace:

There is also a very simple reason why any ideas of "Greater Israel" are totally impossible.

Israel had super high value of life. Pictures of every killed soldier are on front papers of all newspapers. A POW is national trauma. Thats why Israel goes to war only when there is no other choice. We are not Russia, which can easily sacrifice 20,000 people in order to take some tiny town in Ukraine and no one in Russia cares.

Meanwhile Iran opened Hormuz.

- Remember how they threatened that they will never stop the war until they will get 10 conditions (like compensations and other nonsense).
