On the other hand, Russia sent a peacekeeping force to Karabakh, thinking they could one day reclaim it. Now, do you see a peacekeeping force in Karabakh? Or does the agreement signed after Operation Spring Shield still hold any validity? Winning at the negotiating table isn't enough. If you don't have a strong army you can rely on, and you haven't supported that army with intelligent decisions, they'll make you eat that piece of paper you signed.

Toppling regimes is not the work of the other countries, it's the right of the citizens of that country, others do not have any right, or humane decency even to talk about it, in the pretext of toppling the regime, sighting lame reasons of authoritarian rule, dictatorship, human rights violations, denying of equal rights, that country wants to rule that country, rob it's resources and enslave it's citizens, using it's military might. The western trend is to have some opportunistic, unpatriotic, selfish, citizens of that country rule as puppets, while they loot all its resources, wealth, that's shameful, and disgusting, a curse to the world.
