Rosoboronexport has published a new episode of testing the Russian active protection system Arena-M on T-72B3M tanks. Initially, the Arena-M active protection system could only destroy horizontally flying ATGMs. But in the new footage, the upper part of the video, the Arena-M active protection system now protects the tank from ATGMs flying into the upper hemisphere of the tank. It is not yet known whether the Arena-M active protection system will be able to destroy FPV drones. The Arena-M active protection system has begun to be installed on Russian tanks; the first T-72 tanks have already been spotted in combat units.
