Yes, Aselsan's Korhan 35mm turret but this is a older mock up model.

Here is a more up to date version of the Korhan turret, with AKKOR active protection system integrated

From what I can understand.

More charges per side.
Much more flexible, allowing application to trucks.
Lower costs.
Ideal for common ATGMs in the region.
Can engage from much closer range. Plus for urban conflicts. but also does not minimize explosions. Much higher collateral damage compared to a system like Trophy APS.

Does KAMA protect against top attack?

Bro, Kama will form an effective protection shield against top attack missiles as well. While KAMA explosives integrated on vehicle body are effective against threats approaching to a specific angle to vehicle, explosives placed in a special position around turret directs the explosive blast towards the top. In this way, it provides 360-degree protection.
